Howard Dugger joined Vx in 2010 as Senior Vice President of Marketing. His responsibilities include aircraft remarketing and transaction origination.

Howard has 15 years of aircraft leasing experience. Prior to joining Vx, Howard was Vice President of Marketing for Asia and North America at Babcock & Brown Aircraft Management based in San Francisco. Howard started his aircraft leasing carrier with CIT Aerospace based in New York City. Prior to leaving CIT, he was responsible for marketing in Asia.

Howard holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Aviation Business Administration, with a concentration in Airline & Airport Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Howard is married with three children and resides in Fairfax, California.
