Meet the Team

Robert (Bob) Brown is a Founding Partner of Vx Capital Partners. For 38 years, Bob has been involved in the aircraft leasing industry, with a primary focus on finance and acquisitions. He is currently responsible for establishing the company’s strategic direction and helping it access new markets. In addition to Vx Capital Partners, Bob served as Chairman and CEO at Vmo Aircraft Leasing and Executive Vice President at Pegasus Aviation. During his tenure at Pegasus, Bob was responsible for aircraft financings, including credit lines, term loans and asset-backed securitizations.

Bob is a founding trustee of Airlink, a nonprofit organization that helps airlines connect with nongovernmental organizations to provide humanitarian relief. Bob holds a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.B.A. from the University of Washington.

Will Hudson is CEO and a Founding Partner of Vx Capital Partners. Over his 31-year aviation career, he has held senior leadership roles including President and COO of Vmo Aircraft Leasing and Vice President at Pegasus Aviation. He currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association (AOPA) and is a former board member of the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading (ISTAT).

An accomplished pilot with more than 4,000 flight hours, Will regularly flies his SOCATA TBM throughout North America. He holds a B.A. from Duke University and an M.B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Martin Kooi joined Vx Capital Partners in 2004 as controller and operations manager and now serves as treasurer, responsible for accounting and tax, lease administration, compliance and external reporting. Martin has 21 years of experience in aviation accounting and treasury management. Prior to joining Vx Capital Partners, Martin was the Controller of Zuit Sports. Previously, Martin worked at Sealed Media, Barter Trust and InterMedia Partners. Martin trained as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte and Touche and began his career in treasury and compliance at Volkswagen Investments.

Martin graduated from Trinity College in Dublin, Ireland. In his spare time, he enjoys growing and exhibiting roses. A native of Ireland and Malaysia, Martin currently resides in Santa Rosa, California.

Alex Cosaro joined Vx Capital Partners in 2025 as Vice President of Aircraft Acquisitions. Alex is responsible for aircraft trading, marketing, pricing and other commercial activities. Alex has 11 years of aviation experience in both aircraft leasing and valuations. Prior to joining Vx, Alex was a senior commercial analyst at VmoAircraft Leasing and Director of Asset Valuations at mba Aviation.

Alex holds a B.A. from the University of Redlands and an MSc from The London School of Economics. A Bay Area native, he currently resides in San Carlos, California.

Tara Komin joined Vx Capital Partners as Vice President of contract management in 2020. Tara has 26 years of experience in aircraft leasing. In addition to Vx Capital Partners, Tara served as Vice President at Vmo Aircraft Leasing, Senior Director at AerCap, and Assistant Vice President at ILFC.

Tara received her AA from California State University, Los Angeles.

Annie Tsang joined Vx Capital Partners in 2008 as Accounting Manager. She is responsible for general ledger accounting, financial reporting and treasury and supports the Treasurer. Previously, Annie was a Senior Accountant at Pegasus Aviation Finance Company. She was also previously employed at Mount St. Joseph-St. Elizabeth Epiphany Center and ATEL Capital Group.

Annie holds a B.S. from San Francisco State University. Annie enjoys painting, arts and crafts and old movies. She resides in San Francisco, California.

Brian Dillion joined Vx in 2011 as senior vice president, technical services and is responsible for all technical aspects of our leasing business. Brian brings more than 25 years commercial airline experience. Prior to joining Vx, Brian was a founding member of the management team at Southern Air where he served for 12 years. At Southern, Brian held various management positions including director of maintenance, and, most recently, vice president of engineering and aircraft acquisitions. Previously, he held several technical positions for Emery Worldwide. Brian was formerly the chairman of the maintenance council of the National Air Carrier Association.

He is a licensed Airframe and Power Plant Mechanic and holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Franklin University. Brian is married with two children and resides in Walnut Creek, California.

Robert Hudson joined Vx Capital Partners in 2026 as an Aircraft Market Analyst. Robert is responsible for aircraft marketing and general market research.

Robert is an instrument-rated commercial pilot and holds a B.A. from Colorado College. He resides in San Francisco, California.
